Policies

To help my business continue to run smoothly and efficiently whilst also enabling me to put back into it by offering professional, high standard treatments, services and products, I have some policies in place. Thank you for your continued support and love.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

I require a minimum of 48 hours for any rescheduling and/or cancellation of treatments; failure to provide the requested notice will result in any deposits being retained. Clients that fail to attend their treatment and/or do not inform myself will be marked as 'No Show', full payment for the treatment will be charged, and you will be requested to pay in full for any future treatments. 


Deposits and Refunds:


A deposit of 50% will be requested upon booking to secure your treatment time. Deposits can also be paid via BACS or through a secure payment link; please ask for details. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled treatment, the deposit will be refunded to you providing appropriate notice has been given.


Amendments :


Any change of treatments on the day of the appointment will incur a £10 amendment fee. For example if you are booked for a full body massage and an eye brow shape but decide when I have arrived that you only wish to have the eyebrow shape you will be charged in full for the body massage. If you choose to change from a body massage to a pedicure you will be charged £10 amendment fee in addition to the pedicure price. Subject to kit available for treatment as they are pre packed 24 hours before.


Mobile Beauty Etiquette :

I aim to arrive prompt for the time booked for your appointment. I will then proceed to set up to start within 10 minutes of arrival.  Once I am in your house any significant time taken out to tend to deliveries, babies, pets or work that becomes a disturbance during the treatment, may be taken off your treatment time. If you are late for your treatment your treatment time will be cut where necessary. My day is booked to allow travelling time and an unrushed treatment with each person so that they receive the full relaxing benefit of the treatment.

Space for Treatments :

I require ample space to carry out treatments, i.e. if I am using the beauty couch I will require space to put this up safely and with enough room to work around the couch. If I am performing a manicure, I will require space to either put up a mobile table or be able to use a table of yours with a chair each for us to sit at. I will require adequate lighting to carry out detailed work, waxing, lashes, manicures. If under unusual circumstances a treatment is booked and there is not enough space to perform the treatment safely, an alternative treatment or an arrangement will be made. I cannot take any responsibility for any treatment not carried out due to lack of space.

To ensure you always acquire your desired time and day it is recommended, in the first instance, to book your treatments it is advisable to contact myself through email, calling or texting me on 07967160537. I will endeavour to reply within 48 hours.

Payment :

Payment can be made through BACS, card payment, a secure payment link or Cash. 


Mobile Phones :

To ensure your treatment is as relaxing as possible, it is preferred for your own blissful benefit that mobile phone use is not recommended during treatment.


Complaints :

I will address any concerns promptly should you be unhappy with any treatment or result, make contact within the first 48 hours. I will offer advice where applicable and offer to amend where possible.
